I'm a senior software engineer at Pledge, a fundraising platform for charity. I recently wrapped up an overhaul of the payment and billing systems and have now moved on to building a new donation form.

Side projects

Rebuilding this website in Astro, using it as a bit of a playground to try out new tools along the way.

Outside of code

I try to cook for myself as much as I can. Vietnamese and Mexican are my current favorite cuisines, and soup is where I like to let Mexican and Slavic cooking collide. I also like hiking, but I currently live far from the mountains, something I'm hoping to change before too long.

Reading, learning, listening

Currently reading the Hávamál. Learning about fascia and a few other health topics. On heavy rotation these days: Winona Oak, DJ Goja, and Malte Marten.
